The top 4 Dota 2 matches from each group will advance to the top playoff spots. The top 4 teams ranked 5th and 6th in each group will start the playoffs in the lower net. Based on the results of the Dota 2 recent matches, the 6 worst teams will leave the tournament after the group stage.

Playoff The Lima Major 2023 will be played in classic Double-elimination style. All matches except the Grand Final will be played in Bo3 format. The Grand Final will be held in Bo5 format.
